The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. the ironing facilities were a lifesaver, as we needed to freshen up our clothes after a long journey. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the sitting area was a great place for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the dining table was not only elegant but also spacious enough for all of us to enjoy our meals together. the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning, overlooking the beautiful garden. the kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line cookware and kitchen utensils, making it easy for us to prepare meals for the family. the electric kettle was a nice touch, perfect for making a quick cup of coffee or tea. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment for everyone, with a wide selection of channels to choose from. the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the room, while the parquet floors in the hallway gave the hotel a stylish and modern feel. Overall, the Merchant House provided us with a truly exceptional experience, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Keiran and Salva's hospitality was outstanding, making our trip to Portsmouth truly unforgettable.
